A good friend of mine is a pastor. He stands before his church every Sunday and says three things…

“At this church, everyone is welcome.” (Last week, he mentioned that a Muslim was visiting the church. He may tell of meeting an atheist in the greeting time. He once mentioned that a visitor had identified himself as a homosexual, to which my friend will reply, “I’m glad you’re here today.”)

“At this church, everyone gets changed.” (In other words, you can expect to meet Jesus and be changed. He loves you just as you are, but, He loves you too much to leave you as you are.)

“At this church, everyone is needed.” (He will often state a need for volunteers in the childrens’ area, or among the ushers, or a small group leaders training event.)

I like what my friend says. All three are true for the Orchard!

*EVERYONE IS WELCOME! Our next worship service is June 27, at 6:00PM, at the Church at Schilling Farms, in Collierville, 1035 Winchester (same location as our previous service). Once again, thanks to Pastor Scott Payne for the use of the wonderful facility!

Invite people like crazy! Invite everyone, anyone!

*EVERYONE GETS CHANGED! The message will answer the question – How can I strengthen my love for Jesus?

*EVERYONE IS NEEDED! Just before and after the worship time, you’ll have the opportunity to sign up for a ministry at the first annual Orchard Volunteer Fair.

In addition, OUR MAJOR EFFORT IN JULY will be to launch small groups as well as two worship services on July 11th and July 25th.

Everyone is welcome!

Everyone is changed!

Everyone is needed!

See you June 27th!
